What did happen between Tuesday morning and Thursday morning (50 hours)?
-18 hours work
- 15,5 hours sleep (not too much...)
-10,5 hours cycling (includes 1 hour crit race)
-3 hours gym
-1 hour run
And I finished the day now with this:
